Dr Boozer is a wonderful Dr. always willing to listen and extremely courteous.
My experience was/is great with Dr. Boozer. He has been my Doctor for 20 years plus, and he has always taken good care of me. He is willing to listen and consider alternatives when a treatment plan is not working, and is willing to refer me to a specialist when necessary. I reccomend him to friends & family, they seem very pleased with him as their physician.
Excellent and very professional doctor! He is always prompt and listens very carefully. Dr. Boozer has been our primary care physician for years, my wife and son who lives in town have chosen Dr. Boozer as their primary physician as well and agree with me on my review.

Over 20 years of Dr.Boozer treating me and my wife like he would want to be treated. He is excellent in diagnosing and treating. Dr. Boozer explains everything in laymen's terms. Gabby is just as caring and qualified as his assistant.
This doctor is awful. If he happens to be the doctor on call you are in trouble. His other priorities put patients in danger. He doesn’t call patients back and won’t call in patient medications for over 24 hours when this can all be done electronically. His personal priorities always come first. Please put another doctor on call or patients will die! Also, agent 7 at FCPP is extremely rude. Dr. Boozer is a kind and compassionate physican. He listens and also takes into account the patients emotional and physical needs. I am very grateful to have him as my doctor. Gabby, the nurse that works with Dr. Boozer is wonderful too. I appreciate them both so much. Probably, not my best visit health wise because of so much personal loss this summer, but such sympathy and understanding. It was appreciated. Thank you!!
