Terrible staff. specially Karla, the receptionist, Dr.Wang prescribed medication , which is not covered by my insurance, I am low income family, call few times as well as stop by to their office for to personally convey my message directly to staff , They took my proscription which Pharmacist gave to me to show doctor to priscribe something which is covered, didn’t hear anything back from staff, went back to office and still have not sent alternative medication that covered my insurance, Making long story short, this office ... read more

I was a more than satisfied patient for both Dr. Wang and Dr. Hu at this location for 3.5 years. The care given by both doctors has always been great. However, their office staff must be family because they are terrible and never seem to be held accountable for their poor job performance. The office staff does not return phone calls when you leave a voicemail after hours. Dr. Hu was aware of this and told me that they replaced the front office staff. I want to start off this review by saying this is not intended for Dr. Wang because I didn’t even have the opportunity to meet him. I am writing this because it was one of my worst experiences at an office. I showed up for my appointment about 15 minutes early, and wanted to use the restroom. My father got the men’s restroom key from the office I was being seen at but was told that someone was using the women’s restroom key.
