I was a more than satisfied patient for both Dr. Wang and Dr. Hu at this location for 3.5 years. The care given by both doctors has always been great. However, their office staff must be family because they are terrible and never seem to be held accountable for their poor job performance. The office staff does not return phone calls when you leave a voicemail after hours. Dr. Hu was aware of this and told me that they replaced the front office staff. I want to start off this review by saying this is not intended for Dr. Wang because I didn’t even have the opportunity to meet him. I am writing this because it was one of my worst experiences at an office. I showed up for my appointment about 15 minutes early, and wanted to use the restroom. My father got the men’s restroom key from the office I was being seen at but was told that someone was using the women’s restroom key. Absolutely horrible customer service. Their office told me to send my medication to the office instead of to my house. And since my medication has been sent there they have no answered a single phone call (about 30+ over 2 weeks). Horrible horrible place. They are holding my medication hostage that would help me with my disease. Will be going in person to take care but wanted to let people know how bad they are.
