Buying my home was an incredibly overwhelming process for me, given certain factors. Ryan, however, made the process as smooth as possible right up to closing. Even afterwards, when my appliances weren't put in properly, he made sure it got done. He was informative, patient, and understanding. I felt like my situation mattered and that means a lot.
