Awesome agent walk us through the process with ease. Also kept us updated on the daily. Communication is very important when buying a house and she did just that from the start to the end. Recommend her to anyone who is trying to buy a house.

Andrea was very patient with me while we were on the search for the right house. She took time to explain the areas we were in and also had knowledge of comps in the area. She was very attentive in looking at the HVAC and furnace age. We must have looked at over 20+ houses. She pointed out good things about the houses, location, and what the offer should be. Always answered my emails, text messages, and phone calls. Very dependable. I would highly recommend her as your buyer or seller agent.
Dave helped me off and on for several years until i was finally ready to go through with buying a condo. He showed me multiple options, was always very accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to help me and the seller out on a few other issues. I would highly recommend Dave flood for any realtor needs!
