Sal went above and beyond when my wife and I were looking at homes. We were very particular on what we wanted. We needed the perfect home and also on the perfect lot. Sal showed us every single home on the market that was within our criteria. We were so picky that none of the houses on the market were good enough. James is very knowledgeable of the Real Estate industry and does not leave any rock unturned. Gave me insight of what is going on with homes around the area and how to get a mortgage that is clean and closable. Let me know that as a Realtor he is engaged in the process with the lender and works to build a relationship with all parties to make it a smooth process. James was available immediately and spent 20 minutes explaining the benefits of the neighborhood we were looking at, very knowledgeable and responsive, very quick.
I have tried on several occasions, to have him put in an offer on a foreclosure for me. Each time he promised to get the paperwork emailed over to me, but never did. At one point he claimed that he had emailed it, but when I told him that I never received it, he promised to resend it, which he never did. I finally just gave up dealing with him.
