Closed on a condo within 30 days! Sal was dependable and worked very hard from start to finish. We went though a stressful process of expediting a process to ensure I can move in as fast as I can. Sal was always helpful and delivered his promises.

I love Sal and the rest team. I would highly recommend anyone to use them. Sal was awesome at getting me in to see what ever house I wanted to see. And if some reason he couldn't he sure tried and tried. Finally he found me a great house. I also used them to sell my first house. My sister also used them and told me nothing but great thing she is how I found out about them.

Terrible experience. Would not answer simple questions about a property we are interested in without charging me a "flat fee of $100" to answer my questions. If I could rate James a ZERO I would. Very poor experience. I was willing to use James as my agent, but we never got that far. He wanted me to sign an agreement that he would get paid 3% on any property I would buy, from him or anyone else .

James was a joy to work with and extremely knowledgeable of the local market. I live out of town and was selling my parents’ home. James not only jumped right in and began marketing the property, but helped organize upkeep, inspection repairs (even going so far as doing them himself), etc. for the property throughout the time it was on the market.
