Buying a home in one state while living in another state is very challenging. Dave Flood was referred to us third hand. Ryan is one of the best Real Estate Agents i have had the pleasure to work with. He negotiated multiple deals for our mutual client, until we found her the perfect home, even renegotiated following appraisal to make sure our client was happy and taken care of. He always responds quickly which i appreciate, and he utilizes our RPI to make sure if something is missing he was on top of it.
