I wasted 1.5 months dealing with these people. My realtor was Connie, and she was awful. She would only communicate via texting and take hours to respond most of the time. She asked for my email address at least 4 times even though it was in the chat history. And on top of that didn't know how to use her email which led me to resending every email. They have some horrible workers, and a bad system. No one ever answers the phone. Their accounting has issues with the online payments and now can't keep up with how the tenants are supposed to pay. As a military wife, STAY AWAY FROM THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. When renting AND when buying. Their construction is off, cheap, all the way down to their kitchen cabinets.
