Dr Sansone cared for my children throughtout their childhood, and he was always knowledgable, kind and supportive
Dr. Sansone has been our children's pediatrician for many years. He relates well to children. He genuinely cares about his patients and follows up with them. I trust his advice, and his colleagues at IHA--and we have been through a LOT. I've never been treated rudely. As our children got older, I appreciated the handouts for tweens and teens on nutrition, mental health, dealing with peer pressure, etc.. I've referred friends to IHA Plymouth and after a visit they have all switched over.
The worst experience with a Ped Dr. Dr. Sansone chastised me if front of my six year old daughter for requesting a referral to a specialist. He told me that I, "have a bad attitude" for requiring a referral and that I'm "just going to be disappointed in the results." I'm appalled at the way I was treated. I let him know how terrible his bedside manner is and that I won't be back to his office. He just shook his head as if he didn't care. Unbelievable! Note: other Peds @ IHA have been great.
Friendly, caring, helpful, Dr. Sansone has been a part of our family for 16 years. Highly recommend him!
