I had an outpatient foot surgery on 1/9/2026 at the Pavilion. The facility is run like a Swiss watch. From the moment I spoke to the receptionist at the check-in, to the moment I was wheeled outside to pickup after the surgery, it was absolute perfection. I was made to feel like a VIP by everyone, from the said receptionist to the surgeon. The staff was professional, friendly, and highly competent. I never experienced such organization in a hospital. I'm in awe how well run this facility is.
Dr. Nation and the ENTIRE team were absolutely outstanding. I’m so impressed with the level of care I received. I was scheduled wrong twice for my pre-anesthesia intake and missed the call both times because I wasn’t available. I was able to call back in time for the second missed call and had to do the call while I was getting ready to leave the house for another appointment. The person I spoke with about rescheduling their first mistake apologized and said she said she would put a note in my chart for 11/18 on when to call cause I only had an hour of free time from 4-5pm. I had to help out a friend of mine with post outpatient procedure transportation arrangements and emotional support. The facility is great. The recovery nurses were attentive and communicated diligently to coordinate timely pick up.
