James River’s care for my mother was exceptional. Megan was gracious and informed us of what to expect during the admission process. Anastasia came by to admit my Mom and reviewed expectations and preferences with us in an informative manner. Melanie, the nurse quickly became part of the family and was very compassionate. She helped all of us deal with this very emotional situation and her communication was so vital in our comfort.
