Very understanding
had went to Dr Rhee before due to family history, everything went good, insurance paid 100%. This time it was coded incorrectly as per insurance company. Tried to work out with billing department, would not work with me, very rude, our insurance stated had used wrong coding and they should change it. Cannot get the doctor to talk to you. Billing department stated would be fraud to change the coding, that is not what insurance stated. I would stay away unless you want your pocket book hit hard.
Dr Rhee is wonderful, but his NP shows she doesn't care one bit about Dr. Rhee's patients. Don't waste your money seeing her and wait for an appt. with Dr. Rhee. Paid $60 and all I got was an RX for an over the counter iron pill. Seriously, what a waste of time and money. This was the second time I've gotten the run around with her.
Dr. Rhee was very friendly and professional. I had never met him prior to test. Seemed very caring too! Highly recommend!!
Highly skilled and competent. Ability to listen to the patient and recommend the most appropriate procedures to address the patient's questions. Positive, 'can-do' attitude. Friendly and approachable.
