Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did this psychiatrist give you undivided attention? Yes, I always had their full attention

Does this psychiatrist promptly return your phone calls? Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all! Was this psychiatrist's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Were the staff members able to answer your questions? The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

after tooo many pill pushing psychiatrists who would only INCREASE doses of medication. Dr. Wright has always payed very close attention to my drug sensititives and managed my medications VERY well. Also my daughter's after disastrous experiences "child psychiatrists'. She was their guinea pig until Dr. Wright managed her like a patient. He's been a Godsend - have been there for 7 years+

Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did this psychiatrist thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Was this psychiatrist friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Was this psychiatrist's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this psychiatrist ever condone negative behavior? Not at all. They discouraged negative behaviors and suggested helpful solutions Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious

This doctor might be a good doc, as I only had two appts. My problem is that his staff is horrible . Your only as good as your staff doc, so you might want to re-look at somethings. They charged my a $75 for missing an appt that I called that morning and informed them that I wasn't able to make it. You can never get someone to answer the phone or call you back for that matter. Like I said the doc I believe is a good doc, but who has the time for rude a staff and all the above.
