Was the provider's staff helpful and knowledgeable? Yes Did this psychiatrist ever condone negative behavior? Not at all. They discouraged negative behaviors and suggested helpful solutions Did this psychiatrist use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider spend time asking questions and listening to you? Definitely Was this psychiatrist's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Yes Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor

Had a HORRIBLE experience with Dr. James Wright. My visit started very pleasantly with the front desk staff. She was very kind. Then it was time to visit with the doctor. I was very nervous as I have never visited a psychiatrist before. He was very nice when he greeted me, had me sit down and ask me why I was there. Well, as soon as I started talking...I was very emotional and was crying. As I began talking, about two minutes into our visit, Dr. Wright began to fall asleep!!!! Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from Was this psychiatrist's staff friendly? Not one bit Would you recommend this psychiatrist to others? Absolutely Not Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday

Did this psychiatrist ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Would you recommend this psychiatrist to others? No Did this psychiatrist have reasonable prices? No, it was expensive. Does this psychiatrist promptly return your phone calls? Not really. I usually have to wait a long time Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this psychiatrist's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Yes! They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to Did this psychiatrist use excessive foul language? Definitely! I was shocked and horrified! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Yes, it was downright irritating! Was this psychiatrist friendly? Yes Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Kind of, I didn't feel completely safe

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Does this psychiatrist remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Did this psychiatrist answer all your questions?
