The office staff is not competent and seem to not care about patient concerns. The scheduling process is inaccurate and frequently send out the wrong date or leave you in the office for long periods of time. There is not enough time with Dr. Monroe, when you do get to see him. After surgery, he never came to see me. And I have not seen him since!
Impatient, in a hurry, did not seem to care about addressing my concerns. Now I have to go see my former urologist in North Carolina and will probably have to pay for this visit out of my pocket because my insurance was wasted visiting this guy.
I've been to a lot of doctors over the years due to kidney problems and a transplant, but I have never been treated so poorly by any other doctor I have seen in the past. The last visit I had was supposed to be a 5 minute procedure that ended up taking 2 hours to complete due to waiting. The nurse was also extremely rude to me and other patients. Every time I have been to this office I've had to wait for an unreasonable amount of time. I will never go back to this place again.
Takes time to listen. Not in a hurry. Risks falling behind schedule, but it's worth it to have quality time with Dr. Monroe.
