I see her for multiple sclerosis. She always takes the time to answer a patient's questions. She never talks to me like I'm an idiot, as some doctors do. She's very kind and caring. It took me a long time to find her after moving to the area from MI where I was diagnosed. Other physicians here were terrible and spoke to me like I was stupid. She doesn't do that and takes my concerns seriously. I have referred others to her, as well.

Dr. Bernhoffer was kind, empathetic and quickly helped me with both of my daughters ailments. Would definitely recommend a televisit with this provider!
Dr. Hartman is wonderful! He is thorough with his examination and listens thoughtfully and patiently. He provides prudent, well rounded medical advice and encouragement for a healthy, balanced life. Anytime I have been to his office, either a physical or sick visit, I have left feeling truly cared for as a patient and as a person.

I was referred to Dr Neff by my pcp. I had surgery with my gastric doctor and it had been 5 weeks I was still sick and the surgeon wouldn’t help me . I went to Dr Neff which in minutes he told me I had a small bowl infection . Order me antibiotics from a pharmacy in Nashville had them shipped . Within about 8 days I was much better . Now he had scheduled some test and the hospital kept rescheduling them. So I have decided not to go . But no fault of Dr Neff.
He took time to explain my issues. I was sad and shocked when he left and no one would tell me where he is now.
Dr. Shamoun and his staff are amazing. Knowledgeable, professional and kind. The wait time was less than 5 minutes...everyone was friendly and efficient. The very best experience I have ever had at a Dr's. office
He was my mother's (MS patient) neurologist and really screwed her when he left. Now she can't get her pain medication she's needed for 6 months. They may have been good once... horrible now
I did telehealth with this doctor and actually almost ended the call after the first 20 seconds because of how absolutely rude he was. I have never experienced a doctor act like this. He cut me off within the first 30 seconds as I was trying to give brief history and said “don’t need to hear that” and was completely dismissive and downright disrespectful. He’s terrible, arrogant, doesn’t listen, leaves you feeling worse and doesn’t seem to care. Avoid at all costs.
