Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Would you recommend this provider to others? I Already Have Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this podiatrist's office? They were average
