I was very disappointed with the whole experience! I waited 2 1/2 hours for my appt. When I had asked the staff if the dentist was running a little behind, they had become snooty with me and told me I had to wait with no estimated time. Their response was: the doctor is very busy and will get to you when he can (with extreme attitude). The dentist left me in the chair for another hour to spend only 10 min. in my mouth. Dr. Sonander is highly professional and competent. My 98-year old mother who likes NO doctors, respects him nod actually listens to him. I hane been a patient for more than 10 years and recommend him to everyone. Some folks complain about the long wait times. This is a valid concern, however, most of the delay is due to his taking time to truly listen, evaluate problems and making sure the patient understands.
