Their friendly demeanor and positive attitude really made my experience exceptional. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They didn't wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. The office was easy enough to find. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
