I met James over ten years ago! Wow it’s been a long time. As a lender I have worked with hundreds of realtors, but James is unique in so many great ways. Working with James has been a wonderful experience. He's professional, responsive and gets things done, quick! If you want an agent that you can trust who provides thorough service and is a person of his word, James is your broker.
If you are gonna buy a house in this market you better have either a really big bag of cash or a really good realtor with patience and perseverance. If it wasn't for James I don't know if I'd be a home owner. 5 months of frustration searching, being outbid more times and in more ways than I can remember, but he got me to keep going through it all and I couldn't be happier with the results.
