Dr. Pingree and staff are true professionals with a great bedside manner. The quality of care is second to none! My recovery process was explained as a best case scenario; however, I was expecting some discomfort. After surgery, my recovery was precisely as described in the best case scenario. I have had a few questions since surgery and Dr. Pingree or his staff has promptly returned my calls. If you don't at least consult with Dr. Pingree, you are only hurting yourself.
I have had two operations performed by Dr Pingree. He is an excellent neurosurgeon and I would highly recommend him. I was confident going into my surgeries knowing I was under his expertise experience and patient understanding. Both surgeries have been successful. Thank you Dr Pingree.
Dr. Pingree, using models of the spine, explained the procedure that he would perform on me. He is very reassuring and knows how to explain things to his patients.

Dr James Pingree, Neurosurgeon, has performed both a Lumbar Fusion (2013) and a Cervical Fusion (2018), on me with excellent results. He is an outstanding physician & surgeon.
Dr. Pingree is an amazing surgeon. He performed my cervical fusion a few years ago. I had a significant cord compression & was told to be cautious & have surgery as soon as possible. I could've seen a different surgeon sooner, but chose to wait for Dr. Pingree when I heard of his reputation. Today I was told by a neurologist that I'm a walking miracle to have recovered as well as I did & to not be in a wheelchair. Dr. Pingree takes time to explain your diagnosis and treatment. Go see him!
