Great physicians give of their time to 'share' all details. This provides what the patient needs for being part of the 'logic dictates' decisions; and maintaining emotional intelligence and stability. Dr. Petrikas presented all details in three 'very detailed' presentations. I followed with focus attention; even took picture of his third set of 'details on the board'. The amount of time, detail, and empathy Dr. Petrikas put into this meeting. Spouse and I fully understood my condition, possible treatments and preferred path forward, especially including timing. We feel we are in good hands with him as key member of our team.

He has the knack of determining how much detail the patient can understand and speaks to that need. Additionally, either my questions are simple, or he knows a lot more than my inquiry deserves. I've never stumped him, but it's not a contest; we trust each other.

Dr Petrikas is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He knows how to listen and share important information. I feel very safe under his care. I am not an easy patient having been a nurse for over 40 years. I am fairly critical of physicians and know when you have a qualified LEGIT physician that has the skills and truly CARES. Dr Petrikas is the BEST.

I was referred to Dr. Petrikas by my Urologist and did not know him beforehand. With that said, as a retired Internal medicine physician, I can say with 100 percent certainty that Dr. Petrikas is highly competent, conscientious, and the nicest person one could want as a treating physician.
