On November 8, 2024 I had an appointment with Dr. James Callahan at Sentara Foot & Ankle. Specialist. Hence forth surgery was scheduled for November 26, 2024 outpatient. I got a call from Dr. Callahan’s medical assistant saying the computer was not taking the surgical code. She would get back to me.
