I had been a patient of Dr. Ottings for four years. This past year I've waited for more than 3 hours. Before my last visit which was scheduled for a Thursday I received a phone call that Monday telling me that my appointment had to be moved to Tuesday. I asked if this was one of those appointments that I would have to wait 3 hours to be seen. If so I would not leave work for a 440 appointment if I'm not going to be seen for three hours.
