Very rude phone representative handle calls on 7/7.
Pésimo servicio, mi esposo tiene trámites con él y nunca le contestan las llamadas, además de tardar semanas en responder un correo; parece que le bloquearon su número porque llamamos de otro teléfono y rápido contestaron pero al escuchar que era él colgaron la llamada y ya no le respondieron. Horrible servicio y atención del personal administrativo.
