GAVIN was my service advisor. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Things were going well. Gavin and the manager approach me upon checkout to say they weren’t able to do my tire rotation because my lug nuts were swollen and they couldn’t get them off. It required time to remove them. The service manager assured me there would be no additional cost if I came back the following week because they have “BOXES” of lug nuts.
