Went in for a schedule oil change came out noticed the check engine light was on. Mind you i have a 2025 silverado that came from this dealership and Diane tries to charge me for a diagnostic test on the truck the was fine before the oil change. Diane decides to keep my car for an additional two days just to tell me she needs my permission to find the problem when that's the reason she kept my truck. This has been some of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I have ever had. This dealership bought my car from me. Due to delays on their end in dealing with some paperwork, I had to make an additional payment towards the car to avoid late payments.
