THIS HAS BEEN THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! THEY HAVE HAD MY VEHICLE FOR 3 MONTHS. THERE IS POOR COMMUNICATION AND THE MANAGER DIANE REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE NAME OF THE MECHANIC SHE SAID BECAUSE HE IS FROM POLAND AND HE GETS UPSET EASILY. I'M UPSET ALREADY BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY I HAVE ALREADY SPENT OVER $4000 ON CAR RENTALS. I had phenomenal experience at James Martin! My salesman Adam was very kind, had great customer service and was patient with me. They made my first time car buying experience seamless and quick. They answered all my questions with ease.
DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE! Every car they touch they mess it up! My old Malibu they broke my latch to the hood, and tried to give it back to me without telling me, hoping I wouldn’t notice. A couple years later, with my Cadillac they had me sitting for 3 hours to fix my horn which they never figured it out but was sure to put my front bumper on wrong, shoving screws in places it didn’t even belong!
