I went here at 8:15am to get an oil change with an appointment, after about an hour and 45 minutes of waiting I asked if my car had been serviced yet to which the annoyed worker replied “no”. There was no heads up regarding the extended time it would take to do a simple oil change. I would advise coming here only if you have 2 hours + of your day.
I called first bc I knew exactly what make and model I wanted and I wanted to know if there were any on the lot. The sales guy confirmed there were and he would be happy to show me. He was very accommodating.
Promised by service agent when I dropped off the truck in AM for regular service and clock spring replacement (known defect about which I notified them in advance) they would be in close contact with me. Never called or messaged me once. I called agent near end of day, and was told they were doing diagnostics, and would call me right back. Never did. I truly loved the service I received here. Will come again soon! The Appointment Agent, Shuttle Driver, Cashier, Intake Associate, and Oil Change Specialist were offering excellent customer service to me while my car was being serviced.
