Arrogant, no empathy
Dr. Fitts is very communicative and thorough. Office staff is friendly and efficient. I'm very happy with Dr. Fitts

Dr. Fitts is very professional, thorough, and skilled in the latest technology. He listens. Do not confuse his quiet demeanor for rudeness or lack of concern. He is busy saving lives; maybe yours.
Found him to be rude, arrogant and aloof.
I cannot attest to his professional skills because we never reached that point, but he was very rude and dismissive to us.
Dr. Fitts discovered and verfied through several meaningful tests that I had severe mitral valve insufficiency. I felt fine and had no symptoms. I had mitral valve repair surgery and now its 100% fixed. If left untreated in 5-10 years this would have caused terrible irreversible damage to my heart or even killed me. Thank you Dr. Fitts!
Dr. Fitts took all the time I needed to listen to me and explain the procedure and alleviate my concerns. He was very personable and knowledgeable. I plan on using him again and feel very comfortable using him. Would highly recommend Dr. Fitts.
