I was a recent patient of Dr. Gluck, who performed a somewhat complex surgery to repair a significant injury to me left elbow. On top of being a gifted surgeon, I valued & appreciated his straight-shooting, direct communications. Also, on 2 separate occasions during routine follow-up visits I requested extra time for him to explain certain aspects of me treatment in detail. I like the prompness of waiting room times. Appointment has been on time with short waiting. In room time service has also been short.
The staff/nurses/assistants I interacted with were absolutely wonderful, kind and caring people. However, Dr. Gluck is a different story. I was told beforehand that he has little to no bedside manner, but I was not prepared for what I experienced. He spent less than 5 minutes meeting with me. In that time, he was rude, dismissive, disrespectful, talked at me - not with me, talked down to me, interrupted me while I was speaking & walked out of the room while I was mid-sentence.
