The appointment was fast, no waiting, he knew what needed to be done to get to the problem. He scheduled my endoscopy immediately. Explained everything. Wasted no time.
Receptionist took a brief history of my problem. Then had to get back to me after Dr. Piscatelli reviewed it to determine if he would see me ( 1st red flag). When they did call back to schedule, it was over a month. The visit was short and Dr. Piscatelli was dismissive, cut me off when I spoke and never took a full history. Was able to schedule an appointment quickly. He and his office staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.
Dr. Piscatelli is experienced with a great bedside manner. He answered all of my questions and when I left the office I knew I was in good hands no matter what was wrong.
The doctor managed to fit me into his schedule for an endoscopy. Wonderful doctor.
I can't speak highly enough about Dr Piscatelli. He is a brilliant doctor. My entire family has gone to him for years.
Dr. Piscatelli is a kind, intelligent doctor. Very versed in GI issues. I would recommend to anyone! His staff is super!
All was very good. Everyone were very friendly.
