my mother had fluid in the belly and had a ct scan that showed possible liver mass. she was referred to dr piscatelli. I have a rare autoimmune disease and I did my research before selecting a GI doctor. Dr Piscatelli is very thorough, and was quick to act when I was experiencing a health issue. I trust Dr Piscatelli and his office to provide me with the best care possible.
Dr. Piscatelli is very knowledgeable, compassionate and listens attentively to what I have to say. He is also willing to work with me on the best approach to managing my condition.
Dr Piscatelli’s opening comment was that I looked too healthy to be having medical problems. I hoped that this would not reduce his efforts in helping me with my GI pain. It seems I was wrong. After a few minutes for questions/examination he headed for the door (no ID of potential causes, immediate pain relief actions, or diagnosis plan). He had some words with the person at the desk and left. The person at the desk informed me of the prescribed imaging.
Very professional and courteous, knowledgeable and patient. Very on time appointment.
The doctor did not treat me like a patient he was very easy to talk to and very reassuring if for any reason you have to go to a gastrointestinal doctor I highly recommend him
