Dr and staff very courteous and professional.
Dr Prieto was the best! Explained very well and caring. Brenda the first person you meet was excellent. She is very nice to the patients and makes sure all questions were answered
I definitely will recommend Dr. Prieto as he is easy to communicate with, ask questions no matter how embarrassing and he took his time. I have not had good experiences in the past with bedside manner of colorectal surgeon and was so glad to have a positive experience!
I am 38 years old and have never been hospitalized. After seeing Dr. Prieto, it was determined that I needed surgery. Every aspect from scheduling, financial concerns to surgery has been very pleasant and helpful. The entire process was done with ease and efficiency. Dr.Prieto has the Best office staff....And Dr. Prieto is one of those Doctors that takes his time and listens to you...Most of all makes sure you are healthy and cares for his patients...I recommend him to anyone that ask....Mrs. B
I went in to meet the doc. He is a really nice person but did does not give me any options for my procedure. I also felt handing me the prescriptions and making me time bound was also very poor. I ended up finding another great doc. at Stone oak. Eventhough this doc is nice person I cannot recommend him. I feel he should discuss non invasive processes and also not make patient bound. also i waited over 1 hour 30 min to meet him even though i was on time.
Dr Prieto is a very caring physician. He provides the very best of quality care, as well as support. He listens, answers questions and communicates to you, not in a hurried manner. I am treated with the utmost respect by all of his staff. An outstanding Doctor, a wonderful man! Love him! He has helped save my life!
Dr. Prieto saved my life! I learned to live with severe pain and discomfort for many years. When I met Dr. Prieto he and I made a plan for my care. Every step of the way he guided me and held my hand. Since I first walked in the office door I felt like a part of his family. His warm and caring demeanor just enhances his expertise in his field.
