I was very nervous about my recent squamous cell carcinoma diagnosis, and preferred a Mohs procedure over other options given to me. I was referred to Dr. Lahti's office. When I called to make my appointment, the scheduler was very kind and patient with me. Went for MOHS surgery. From the moment I walked in I felt well cared for. Reception was efficient, attentive and pleasant. The nurses explained what to expect and were attentive to my comfort throughout the time I was there. Dr. Lahti was very personable and made me feel at ease. He explained the procedures thoroughly. I was surprised to get a follow up phone call from him later that evening, that doesn't happen too often these days.
Excellent on all counts. Had Mohs in another state earlier in the year and though it went well I decided to wait and go to Dr. Lahti this time. Glad I did and will do the same in the future.
Each time for a different MOHS procedure on my face. He and his staff were very professional and caring. He even called after the surgery to see how I was feeling.
Highly professional staff. Greeted warmly. Efficient. From signing it to actual MOH's surgery in thirty minutes. Skilled, personable doctor. Very knowledgeable. His explanation of the procedure to be performed, what to expect, and the meaning of it all almost unique among doctors I have met. Highly recommended.
Dr Lahti is a skillful personable physician with a great team in place. The care, instructions and facilities are top notch!
Yesterday was the second procedure I’ve had with Dr. Lahti and his amazing staff. Great communication, always on time, took great care of me and answered all my questions. Called me last night at 9 PM to check on me to see how I was feeling. Cannot recommend Dr. Lahti and his team enough.
He had come highly recommended by family members and Friends who had such a successful experience with him and boy were they right he was just the best I would highly highly recommend my husband was so impressed and he did such a good job
