I don’t do this too often, but hands down Dr. James Farrell is the man! He made me feel so comfortable, and very friendly. He is a gem to urology. Please don’t hesitate to work with him, or make him your provider. Super honest, intelligent, and will make you feel like you’re his only client.
I was a new patient. The receptionist that checked me in needs some training on manners. She couldn't give me a answer to my question and got an attitude when I asked more questions. Then she proceeds to tell me with an attitude, my appointment is at 11. I told her it said to be here at 10:45, and what is the big deal if I am early. But thank God that Timothy Hann, APRN, came in.
