the worst ever. anytime you try and get a hold of them they drop the line and never get back to you. i have left them plenty of messages which were never responded to, and all i have asked was that they fax my information to another location so i can order new glasses. and when i finally come in to get my prescription in person because they never respond they only tell me it is on file but have not given it to me. do not recommend the slightest
Very poor customer service. What should have been a well informed easy process has been a disaster, leaving me to pay extra out of pocket due to their lack of communication.
Went in to make an appointment, first available was for seven days later, perfectly understandable. Presented my insurance and ID when making the appointment. Appointment made and a week goes by, the day before they call to confirm my appointment... Oh and by the way you're out of network so the charge would be significantly higher... Thanks so much for wasting my time and making me wait a week before informing me of this.

The worst!!!! I will never take my daughter to see him again he gave her the WRONG prescription. I took her to another optometrist and she said my daughter didn't even need glasses.
