This company managed our property in the SL area for 1 year, and at the beginning the owner was friendly and the low management cost sounded too good to be true; it was. I started my lease about a year ago. First off we had a flood caused by a washing machine provided by "james ethan real estate". luckily my other roommates helped me clean up the mess, there was NO help from james ethan. My room smelled funny probably because of the mold that was growing because no one ventilated the flooded basement properly.
