I was referred to an orthopedic surgeon from my Interenist to receive coritsone shots. DID NOT want to go that route. I remembered I used Dr. Lustig before for other joint pain and he did wonders. Happened to think about him again before going the CORTISONE shot route to mask the symptoms. Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. After a brief description of my problem and a quick exam, he was able to tell me more about my pain that I was able to tell him. Because I sit so extensively at work, I have developed issues that he has been able to help. He doesn't preach at me, but merely advises and educates. As long as he's in business and I'm in the area, I'll continue to see him!

Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Not satisfied, but not unhappy Was this chiropractor friendly? Extremely Friendly Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while.

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all!
