James Douglas jewelers made it possible for me to have the ring I wanted. After much research, james Douglas was the only jeweler who could reasonably crate the ring I wanted. Thanks to Michelle, I was able to receive the perfect engagement ring. We had my mother's jewelry made into my engagement ring!! I would recommend them to anyone.

Took my Grandfather's pocket watch for repair. Watch was successfully repaired and polished. Looks tremendous. Does not look like it is over 100 yrs. old. Sales staff was very friendly and helpful. Repair cost was exactly the estimate quoted.
