My husband & I purchased our wedding rings at James Douglas Jewelers when they were located in Murrysville in 2009. They were very helpful & friendly. Most recently I had to have the band of my engagement ring repaired (ring was originally purchased at Kohlman Jewelers in 2007). My husband picked up my ring today, and you can't even tell that there was ever a break in the band. The cost was more than reasonable & my ring looks amazing! I would highly recommend James Douglas Jewelers to anyone.

The associates at James Douglas were so warm and helpful with the repairs to my engagement ring and the jeweler did a fabulous job. They involved us in every aspect of the repair and kept us informed of progress. Michelle Was especially helpful. It is always a measure to bid business at James Douglas Jewelers. Highly recommend.
I have been dealing with James Douglas jewelers for many many years! Although I deal with Stephanie, Jamie and Jen are also so very nice and knowledgeable. They have excellent quality and are reasonably priced! They are very willing to work with you to get exactly what you are looking for in your price range! I would not shop at any other jeweler!
