I started going to Dr. Robinson because his dental hygienist was my friend and when she moved out of state, I continued to use his services and now my parents do also. He has had the some of the same employees for over 20 years. That in it self his very high kudos!!! He is extremely nice thoughtful and caring. If you have to go the dentist you should go here!
I no longer live in the Chicago area but I was Dr. Robinson's patient for so many years, I have no idea the accurate number. I have hereditary gum disease but Dr. Robinson helped me to keep it under control by cleaning my teeth 4 times a year (even before insurance companies paid for them). This helped deter the recession of my gums. But now I have been told that they must all be pulled and I must have dentures top and bottom. I have been extremely pleased with Dr. Robinson. In all my years of dental experiences, he is tops in my book. I never hesitate to give his name to people looking for an excellent dentist. It is a comfort to know I will receive quality work and excellent care each visit. I has been clear to me that he doesn't overreact and find dental work that is not necessary just to drive the price up. The dental hygenist Sue is amazing. She is so gentle and so good at distracting you with great conversation. She is the sole reason that I go see Dr. Robinson. Make an appointment with him and his hygenist Sue and you will be happy.
Ihave moved a lot and have had my share of dentist that I was disappointed with. Dr. Robinson is one of the best dentists I have seen. He explains dental conditions thoroughly and is concerned for paitent welfare.
Excellent receptionists, wonderfully comforting hygenists and, most importantly, Dr. Robinson is the best in the city!
I love Dr. Robinson! He has been my dentist since 1998. He has been my mom's dentist for over 20 years. His office is centrally located downtown, for those that work in the area. I would recommend him to everyone.
Dr. Robinson in my opinion, is the BEST!! He makes you feel comfortable, talks you through the process and procedure, allows you to ask questions which are answered with patience and sincerity, does EXCELLENT and neat work, very sanitary habits, and totally impressed me when I didn't even realize he had given me a shot!! You won't be disappointed in the service received in this office!! Dr. Robinson also has a great office partner, Dr. Goot, who is pleasant and good also!
