I am a first time patient when I brought my 1 year old in for her wellness check. The staff was polite, courteous, speedy, and answered all of my questions. Dr. Nelson was knowledgable. But when I walked into the office I thought I was walking into an adult doctors office. Where is the vivid colors on the wall with fun murals, where are the toys, where was the family vibe?
