Got an immediate appt. After checking with the clinic referred where it was a three week wait for an appt. Office staff was very professional as was Dr. McAlexander. He diagnosed my foot problem, explained course of action and took care of it. I was very pleased with the experience and highly recommend Gig Harbor Foot and Ankle and Dr. McAlexander.
This podiatrist is truly a gem of a foot doctor. I'd probably been to four or five other podiatrists during my life, even had surgery with one of them. From the moment of the initial examination, it was clear that this was not your run-of-the-mill podiatrist. The exam was the most comprehensive I have ever received. Dr. McAlexander is talented, passionate and knowledgeable. His office staff is efficient and caring. Highly recommended!
Office Staff is very helpful, Clinic is Clean, Physician's Assistant highly skilled, and Doctor McAlexander highly skilled, great communication, patient focused. I feel very fortunate to have found this clinic.
This dr has always taken the time to accurately diagnose my feet issues and even hand made orthotics for me to help me save on costs. He has stayed late to help heal my feet, and has stayed late for the people I referred as well. He cares greatly for his patients and goes above and beyond for me every time. His experience and knowledge have made him the most gifted physician I have seen. I will always refer to this provider.

I thought that I was gonna go down the Las Vegas and have a good time and stead I came back from Vegas in in the bluesy 5 toes on my left foot as horrifying as it may have been I was consoled by my doctor and he put me in a position where I could believe in myself I was torn apart I was beat up emotionally in I was having a hard time however this doctor came in pray with me and help me start to put my life back together doctor mcalexander is a fantastic position and hes also a fantastic person a

I went to Dr. McAlexander for a 2nd opinion. He was knowledgeable and detailed and knew the exact treatment for my feet/toes. He explained everything. He attended my feet for 1 hour. He saw a very serious bone infection in my foot x-ray that the radiologist had missed which saved my two big toes. He doesn’t just rely on the x-ray report, he reviews the actual x-rays to make sure nothing is missed. His staff Nancy, Allie, and Barbara are excellent. God Bless them all. May 2, 2018
