I have been treating for bipolar disorder for a number of years when my previous medical health provider retired. James helped me with a brand new treatment for another undisclosed issue. Highly recommend.
So far, so good! I'm always skeptical when I am being treated by someone new. So far, I have had great, understanding listeners who are not making me feel ashamed for asking for help. In the past, I have backed away from doctors or therapists that seem to either be less informed about mental health than I am, or seem to question me as if it's a farce.
