I think i got a great service. Everybody I talk to in here is very professional and listens to what was needed.
This surgery was performed by Dr Cash with Premier. This is the second shoulder surgery for my husband. This first was over 10 years ago with another service. He was extremely please with Dr. Cash and Oklahoma Surgical. He had alot less pain with this surgery and Dr Cash is extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The staff at Oklahoma Surgical went above and beyond to make his experience easier. Will use these services again if the need arises!!
Doctor Cash was very informative before, during, and after my ACL reconstruction. He did a great job at explaining the anatomy involved with my knee injury. Post surgery he was available for any questions concerns that I may have had.
It was a very pleasent experience.
Everything has been very good. No issues I am very pleased with the experience I have had at the facility
Outstanding care from an excellent team. Felt valued as a patient and believed that Dr. Cash and his staff were committed to helping me recover.
Dr said I fractured a bone in foot & said to go home & it would heal on its own & started to walk out. I said shouldn’t I wear a brace? He said “well you can if you want to” & got up to leave again, I said “how long should I wear it” & he said “until it stops hurting” & told me to go to Walgreens to get it. Months went by & my foot became worse. A second opinion identified a torn ligament & now needed surgery which might have been avoided had a boot been put on in the beginning.
Business response:
I'm sorry that you have had problems with your foot. What you describe is not acceptable care and certainly not the standards by which I practice medicine or care for my patients. Since there is no name on the review, I cannot check the record, but I have not seen foot conditions in my practice for years ( I specialize in knee and shoulder problems). I hope your foot is better now and wish you all the best in the future.
Dr. Cash was attentive and knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and addressed them. He gave me options for diagnosis and treatment and allowed me time to ask questions to make sure that I was making the right decisions for my personal situation
everything went very well
