I brought my car for a diagnosis and an oil change. They called me and told I needed a new transmission (which I already knew about), a cabin filter, new front brake pads, and new tires. I told the woman for service dept to go ahead with the oil change and replace the cabin filter but not to do anything else until I called back. With all this going on they still manage to bring Great customer service during the COVID-19!!! You guys rock!!!
excellent service enjoyed the great work they did in timely manner.
Poor services... my car was at the dealership for 3 months and it took the warranty company 6 trips to the dealership. Each time my claim was denied because improper diagnosis.. now I having to pay for break down charges because not knowing what’s wrong with my car.
