We went up there to get a charger and we're denied twice, the first man was nice, he tried so hard for us. We stayed there for 4 hours and then after numerous calls to us we went back the next weekend and we're rude. We were there maybe 30 minutes. They didn't even help in no way. So we went to Cannon Nissan in Greenwood, Ms and within an hour we got a car.... They worked with us and they were so nice in Cannon Nissan...
Love the service department! Jermaine, Robby, and Tim Boston rock! The other members are okay but they really show love! Great customer experience
they have had my car for almost three weeks and still cant tell me whats wrong they keep giving me the run around about when my car is going to be ready and they are not giving me striaght answers worst mistake ever
