I've known since before I had my children that for their 16th birthdays I wanted to make a custom birthstone ring for them. Rebecca helped us through the customization process of creating a ring for our daughters sixteenth birthday. She was so sweet, the staff was all patient. They treated not only my husband and I as valued customers but our daughter as well. They answered all of our questions and never once got annoyed. The ring was beyond our expectation to boot. I picked one, and James released the stunning Lapis pendant he then fashioned for my husband. This man is a genius, a artist , and a very nice person. Going into James C. Amazing jeweler. Got hooked a couple of years ago when I got his Michigan pendant. This trip up from Grand Rapids it was a new wedding set!
He made me and my sister the most amazing rings! They look exactly alike! The store is very welcoming and the people there are amazing.
