THE OFFICE DOUBLE BILLS YOU. RECEIVED A BILL FOR 2 EXACT CHARGES, STATING I WAS THERE FOR 2 OFFICE VISITS ON THE SAME DAY. I CALLED TO DISCUSS THIS CHARGE AND LEFT A MESSAGE SINCE NOBODY ANSWERS THAT DEPARTMENT. IT'S BEEN 3 WEEKS AND STILL NO RETURN CALL.
Dr Rahi is very thorough and has helped me immensely! He performed a sling procedure that is working great for me!
He went over my condition so I could understand it. He went over all of the options and told me what he thought I should do. But he left me with the final choice. Tole me several times I could see another Doctor and get their opinion. I told him why when you seeing the best just do what he recommends.

He wouldn't see me because I tested positive for Covid. He LITERALLY referred me to an Urgent Care for XRays for Covid! What is a GP if they don't see sick people? Why can't he give me a referral for XRays??? I have to spend 3 times the copay to go to Urgent Care to get a referral because my supposed doctor won't see anybody testing positive for Covid???? Personally reading all these positive reviews is a shocker to me since the care I got from Dr. Samuel Neuhht was the most unprofessional care I have experienced from a mental health professional but maybe I just got unlucky.
I have been seeing Dr Bufkin yearly to check my aortic root. He is thorough in reviewing all the tests with me and answering all my questions and concerns. He is highly knowledgeable in his field. His nurse, PA, and office staff are also very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Dr. Bufkin is an amazing surgeon! My experience with him and his staff, before, during, and after my bypass surgery was a great experience. I would definitely recommend him for anyone needing his services. From our first introduction, he made me feel comfortable and confident as he clearly explained the procedure and what to expect. Had 3 scheduled tele health visit calls and not one did Dr. Goldstein attend. His staff never called to tell me if he was running behind. I called after 10 mins waiting and they told me he’s running behind. This is the 3rd time the call had to be rescheduled, the 3rd time !!! I waited today for 35 mins & when I called again to see what was going on the call service lady informed me that they are closed. What a joke! The doctor and office were always on point.
