On my first visit Dr Brown was very friendly and spent time getting to know me. I feel he is interested in keeping me healthy without overdoing anything! I highly recommend him.
Signed up online for new patient appointment out three weeks. Appointment was confirmed via email. Received a call from the office saying you can't sign up online and first appointment would be out over six months! Requested they call me if they get any cancellations and was told... they don't do that. Why don't they just say, "We don't want you"? I received the message loud and clear and will look elsewhere
Dr. James Brown has been my family doctor for many years and I have never experienced a problem with him or anyone in his office. Dr. Brown and his entire staff are very detailed and professional. He listens to your comments and explains in terms which are easy to understand. I am highly satisfied with Dr. Brown and his staff and would highly recommend them.
Even though this was an appointment to establish a doctor/patient relationship and I wasn’t ill, Dr Brown took the time to get to know me. He was very easy to talk with and answered all questions i had.

Dr. Brown's office is the most efficient doctors office I have ever been in. I have been going to DR. Brown for 7 years and have never wait more then 10 minutes to be seen. I know that he will spend the time necessary to answer any questions I have in a professional manner with detailed information so that when I leave I am completely satisfied with how Dr. Brown and his staff handled my medical situation. I would not think of looking for another Dr., there are none better.
