There should be no reason to get into a verbal altercation with a patient. Tried to address a billing issue involving Tricare prime. Was instructed to contact tricare to rectify issues. Tricare said there were no issue between myself and bill. Tried explaining to Casey what I was told and was screamed at and verbally assaulted pretty much telling me I just needed to pay them their money. I really liked Dr. Rahi. He was attentive, capable, great bedside manner and good sense of humor-- gave me a fun certificate of completion after my procedure. I felt very well taken care of. 6 weeks out and so far my procedure has been a success. I would highly recommend Dr. Rahi.
Dr. Heitman implaned an ICD in me. He is so kind and respectful. I am so grateful to have had such an experienced surgeon. He is the cream of the crop for sure.
Pre-op 30 minute visit with Dr. Heitman and nurse assistant was relaxed and informative. Was told how critical my situation was, what had to be done, and the risks involved. No pain after by-pass surgery and had an unusually small incision. Worked with only the best associates in the OR during the procedure. Dr. Heitman is a very personable and caring physician, as is his entire knowledgeable staff. No waiting with post-op follow-up visits. Best physician I have ever had and would recommend to all heart patients.
Dr. Francisco is very communicative so is the office. He’s working on getting me back on my feet with out pain.
