Would be 0 stars if it were an option! This doctor has received referrals from an ER doctor and from my PCP, due to kidney stones and constant blood in my urine. He refused the ER doc's referral and has ignored the PCP's referral, as well as 3 phone calls from me. Office now states my records were sent to the 'wrong location'; which I find odd because the records are accessed online and it has been 3 weeks since the first referral. Nothing good to say about NW Urology.
Very good doctor, who is able to recall the details of my case history from the office visits and procedures and after multiple years as a patient I have been very impressed with Dr. Bresee and his office staff... He always explains his decisions and recommendations to ensure a complete understanding, and takes whatever time is necessary to answer questions... Dr. Lowe has been my urologist for over 15 years. He has always been exceptionally professional, considerate and easy to interact with about my needs. He easily deserves the national recognition he has garnered as one of the very best in the nation. I would recommend him to anyone.
He and the staf were very helpful. He gave me information on what had happened and told me the good and bad of what it could be once we have the blood work back.
