I have visited Dr. Bresee for a hydrocele. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up having surgery and felt very comfortable with knowing what was going to happen and what to expect.
Between Dr. Bresee and his staff, I don't know which is the worst. Bresee saw me about a year ago and insulted me in every way a doctor can insult a patient, from making jokes about my boxer shorts to refusing to listen to my explanation of my symptoms. He put me on Flomax without talking about its rather serious side-effects. Now, when I ran out of the medication, he refuses to refill it without seeing me even though I am totally out of the meds and am back to square one. Stay away from him.
Would not recommend this Dr. too many times where he has said he will do something and does not follow through. Always has an excuse for no showing at hospital .
Dr. Breese was very professional and ruled out everything before diagnosing me. He has a good bedside manner and seemed to legitimately care about my discomfort.
Dr Bresee is great, thorough, concise, and personable.
Horrific experience. Created unprecedented two urethral blockages with a routine turp procedure, which led to near life-ending hospitalization with sepsis, and now has left me with CPPS (Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome). My life was only saved through the intervention of a top surgeon at the local research clinic. Was detached, aloof, and wouldn't answer any questions directly during this whole agonizing horrow show. Avoid at all costs if you value your life and family.
Dr Bresee performed my vasectomy and it was a nightmare. I left with 9 stitches, including a special "experimental" loopty-loop stitch that left my skin in a ball. During the procedure I was shocked by the soldering tool making me accidentally kick his assistant in the face, knocking her tray and tools to the floor. Recovery was horrible -- I experienced significant pain for 3 weeks, had two follow-up visits for pain, Bresee was cold, aloof and not helpful throughout the entire situation.
He answered all my questions and didn't appear rushed, which I appreciated. Front desk people were nice too. Recommended!
Good listener and takes his time
